• Make timely payments for orders
• Be available for scheduled deliveries
• Provide access for installation services

4. Ordering and Payment

3. Payment (50% deposit for custom orders)
4. Production/processing
5. Final payment before delivery

5. Pricing and Availability

• All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES)
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
• Custom orders require 50% deposit
• Prices include VAT unless specified

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Ready-made Curtains

• Cancellation within 24 hours: Full refund
• Cancellation after 24 hours: 20% cancellation fee
• Non-refundable after delivery

Custom Curtains

• Cancellation before production starts: 80% refund
• Cancellation after production starts: No refund
• Changes to design may incur additional costs

7. Warranty and Quality

We stand behind the quality of our products:

• 30-day warranty on manufacturing defects
• Quality guarantee on materials and workmanship
• Free replacement for defective items
• Warranty does not cover misuse or damage

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, text, and logos, is the property of Windoor Star Curtains and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability
