1. Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery services within Nairobi and its metropolitan areas. Our delivery coverage includes:
- Nairobi CBD and surrounding areas
- Westlands, Parklands, Lavington
- Karen, Langata, Runda
- Eastlands areas (Umoja, Kayole, Embakasi)
- Thika Road, Kiambu Road corridors
2. Delivery Timeframes

3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary based on location and order size:
- Nairobi CBD: KES 500
- Nairobi Suburbs: KES 800 - 1,200
- Orders above KES 50,000: Free delivery
- Bulk orders: Custom pricing
4. Delivery Process
- Order confirmation and processing
- Quality inspection and packaging
- Dispatch from our workshop
- Delivery to your specified address
- Installation (if requested)
5. Installation Service
We offer professional installation services at an additional cost:
- Standard Installation: KES 1,500 per window
- Complex Installation: KES 2,500 - 5,000 per window
- Bulk Installation: Discounted rates available
6. Important Notes
- Someone must be available to receive the delivery
- Please inspect items before signing for delivery
- We are not responsible for delays due to traffic or weather
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
